Who is Capitol City Payroll?

Capitol City payroll was founded in 2011 by Shawn Nolan to offer local payroll services to small and medium sized businesses. Shawn wanted to bring the same type of payroll services the big box payroll companies offered to his client family while also being able to provide a few key differences: local ownership involvement and superior customer service.

Shawn was raised here in Baton Rouge and attended St. Michaels High School. Shawn is married to Heidi and has two sons Peyton and Cullen. Shawn has over 11 years of payroll experience working with all types of different industries and companies in size.
